This Statement of Privacy applies to the Wicked website and to customers using our service. Wicked is opposed to sharing customer information and internet usage with third-party companies such as advertisers, network monitoring companies, SEO companies, etc. Wicked does not target your network traffic and we believe all users on our network are entitled to a private and anonymous interaction with the Internet, but your activity takes you across many networks with many points of interception, and some sniffing devices along your path may be monitoring or recording your usage and patterns as permitted by law, and because of this, you should always proceed aware that all internet activity can be viewed and recorded by hackers and authorities. VPN is widly known to increase your privacy.
1. We collect and retain basic user account information (such as name, address, email address, radio connection number, etc) for internal service, support, and billing. For networking and support issues we also log other information (such as mac address, DHCP information) but delete these logs at regular intervals. All of this information is considered private and is not shared with third parties other than as listed in other sections of this policy.
2. Static IP - If a business or residential customer receives private static IP address(es), some of their personal information may be visible in reverse DNS records and 'whois' records. During the allocation of a static IP, information is transmitted to ARIN per their IP Reassignment Policy.
3. Financial information - All online payment processing is performed by a third party and Wicked does not collect or retain any financial information on our servers.
4. Governmental requests - Requests for user information will only be surrendered as legally required (e.g. a subpoena). Furthermore, all such requests will be reviewed by our counsel to validate relevance and validity. Accounts using VPN do make it difficult to determine activity.
5. Changes to the Privacy Policy - We reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy. Since any changes will be posted on this website and page, we encourage you to check this page and the User Agreement page regularly. Any changes to Wicked Fast LLC policy shall be effective immediately upon posting them here. This privacy policy was last amended on June 21, 2018.
6. Contacting us about privacy questions or concerns - If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, the practices of this site, or your dealings with this site, please email customerservice@wickedfastinternet.com .
7. Web browser cookies - Our Site may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. The user may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.
8. A private Internet is equivalent to freedom of speech, in our view. The ideas and opinions that shape information should be evaluated solely by their substantive value and not by any bias associated with the author or viewer of the content. Wicked is committed to protecting our customers right to privacy. To this end, we automatically delete logs that tie customers to their IP address. Information is briefly retained only for use in troubleshooting customer reported service issues or mitigating a network attack.
9. To maximize privacy with any internet connection, always use a router with a firewall and password, stay off of open public WiFi, and connect using a VPN to reduce hacking attempts.
